Time lapse imaging of antioxidant activity

Adherent cells (e.g. fibroblasts, epithelial or endothelial cells), are incubated with a test substance and exposed to superoxide anion radicals. After 24 hours, cell viability is measured which can be additionally monitored by time lapse imaging.
